Within the scope of the Edirne Palace Animal Shelters Roof Reconstruction Project, the reconstruction process of 5 of the 8 roofs with a total area of 4,500 m² was successfully completed by our company.
Project Details and Technical Specifications
Span: A span of 1120 cm has been passed in the building.
Material Selection: Laminated Spruce structural wood in EN 14080 GL 24H standard was preferred in the carrier system. For other non-laminated wooden elements, EN 14081 C24 quality timber was used.
Production and Assembly Process
Measurement and Project Planning: Our expert technical teams started the process by drawing the project in millimetric details after taking the necessary precise measurements in the field.
Precision Production: All preparations of wood, metal and fasteners have been made; The materials are cut with millimetric precision on our CNC-controlled machines.
Protection and Pre-Assembly: Cutting wooden elements; After impregnation and painting processes, they are assembled into roof trusses in our factory.
Field Assembly: The prepared roof trusses were shipped to the construction site and assembled with the help of a crane. An average roof area of 1000 m² was completed and delivered in a short time of 9 days.
