Getting Opinions of Project Details

The first stage is the stage of negotiation of household needs and appliances, area analysis and use of all areas of the environment, design program and budget services in case environmental design solutions are consumed.

Design process

PREPARATION OF IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS

The approved design is now prepared for the implementation phase.

Application plan, leveling and drainage plans, flooring details, planting, irrigation and lighting projects are prepared as needed and all work items are now ready for application.

APPLICATION

The implementation starts with the determination of the implementation phases and the preparation of the roadmap. It continues with application and leveling works. Along with these stages, the determination of the trees to be protected, the stripping and storage of the top soil, and the construction of the infrastructure facilities continue.

This process ends with the rough leveling and with it the preparation of drainage and irrigation systems. Work, if any, such as the preparation of the rigid structure construction and the laying of electrical cables are completed.

Planting of plants such as trees, shrubs and groundcovers in the planting project continues. In addition, the installation of irrigation heads, the installation of lighting fixtures, and then the fine leveling works are completed. Now the entire landscape area is ready for the completion assessment with the grass spread.

AFTER IMPLEMENTATION EVALUATION

At the end of the implementation, the evaluation plan is prepared. Deficiencies and successful aspects of the project, if any, are determined.

A program is prepared for the maintenance works of the landscape and maintenance works are continued according to this program. Especially the developments in plant design are followed.
